Enjoy a Luxury Experience

I enjoyed my stay and Jovan was a GREAT host. I would definitely come back again. I tied extending my stay. I was disappointed that someone beat me to it. I will definitely come back again. Thanks Jovan for being a great host!

This townhome was in the perfect location for amazing shops and restaurants. It was easy to find and looked exactly as advertised. The pool was beautiful and an excellent addition to the space. The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly. I highly recommend this home if you are traveling to the Houston area!

The stay was perfect and exactly the staycation we needed!! Host made it easy with instructions beforehand and was responsive and friendly. Definitely hope to stay here again in the future!!

Our group really enjoyed our stay at Jovan's place in Houston, TX! The home was beautiful and very clean, and was conveniently located close to all of the locations we planned to visit during our stay. Jovan was super accommodating with allowing early check in and was very thorough in explaining all of the intricacies of the property. Would recommend this property to any group planning to visit HTX!

This house was absolutely immaculate. I have never felt so at home and welcomed before. The photos did not do the house justice. This house made my birthday weekend all the more perfect. I really hope this home is available the next time I come back to Houston because I will do my best to book it EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

Lots of room and very clean. Comfortable beds and I really loved the garage for my car. We drove a long way to come back to my hometown so having the oversized garage for my vehicle was a huge plus. The shower was huge and awesome. And the location can't be beat. It's in a city so if you are a light sleeper, bring your white noise machine or ear plugs but my family had no issues and slept just fine. Definitely a repeat stay when I'm back in town again!

Wonderful place to stay. For a family of 9, we felt right at home. The amenities were perfect and provided us what we needed to make our stay more comfortable. The hosts were always very quick to respond when reaching out about anything and were very proactive to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely a place we would stay again.

The ultimate spot for a bachelorette weekend! From the moment we walked in, the house gave us all the vibes—clean, stylish, and full of thoughtful touches. The custom backyard was absolutely next-level: plenty of space to lounge, celebrate, and soak in the jacuzzi with champagne in hand. It felt like our own private oasis. The kitchen and common areas were perfect for group hangs, and the layout gave everyone space to unwind. Our bride-to-be was obsessed, and so were we. If you’re planning a bachelorette trip, don’t even think twice—book it.
